Margaret Baumgartner, OD, and Robert Baltierra Jr., OD, Join Grand Rapids Ophthalmology

GRAND RAPIDS, Mich., Aug. 23, 2018 /PRNewswire-PRWeb/ -- Grand Rapids Ophthalmology (GRO) is pleased to announce the additions of Margaret Baumgartner, OD, and Robert Baltierra Jr., OD, to its growing team of eye care providers. Drs. Baumgartner and Baltierra provide comprehensive eye care ranging from routine exams to full-scope optometry, including contact lenses, pre- and post-operative care, ocular disease treatment/management, and dry eye.

Dr. Baumgartner received her Doctor of Optometry from Michigan College of Optometry and is a graduate of University of Detroit-Mercy. Her experience includes medical residency rotations in glaucoma, retina, cornea, refractive surgery, low vision, specialty contact lenses, and dry eye. She is a member of American Academy of Optometry (AAO) and Michigan Optometric Association (MOA).
Dr. Baltierra received his Doctor of Optometry from Illinois College of Optometry and is a graduate of California State University-Fullerton. His experience includes medical residency rotations in glaucoma, cataracts, cornea, refractive surgery, retina, low vision, and urgent eye care.
