Market Real Estate Represents Seller and Buyer in $3.1 Million Sale of 3340 Mitchell Lane in Boulder

BOULDER, Colo., Dec. 16, 2021 /PRNewswire-PRWeb/ -- Market Real Estate announces the sale of 3340 Mitchell Lane, a 9,505 square foot office building in Boulder, Colorado. The property sold on December 1, 2021 for $3.1M. Brokers Todd Walsh and Laura Frenkel represented the sellers, Westfall LLC, the entity established by Jason Cormier and James Clark of Boulder-based digital marketing agency Room 214.

Broker Heidi Schamber of Market Real Estate represented the buyer, Out Boulder County, a local non-profit supporting LGTBQ+ people in the Boulder County area. The non-profit plans to use the building as its new community center which will facilitate community services and programming and Out Boulder County's administrative offices.

Members of the community will be able to reserve and rent space for their own events in compliance with Out Boulder County policy.
