Market Force Information® (Market Force), a leader in customer experience management, announces it has moved its global headquarters into a new, larger office space in Peachtree Corners, Ga. to support the company’s growth.

Market Force has signed a new lease for its headquarters, located at 6625 The Corners Parkway Road, that nearly doubles its existing office space, from about 15,600 square feet to more than 22,300 square feet. The dual-use space will provide Market Force employees with a state-of-the-art workplace, and also serve as the home to Market Force’s US-based customer recovery contact center service, which has tripled in capacity over the last six months.

“We couldn’t be more excited about moving into this new facility, which offers a smartly configured floorplan to promote internal collaboration and productivity, as well as an expanded contact center to support the growing number of brands taking advantage of this service,” said Market Force CEO Ray Walsh. “Our new space and enhanced operational effiencies will help us to keep pace with our clients’ current needs, while positioning us for an upward growth trajectory.”

In the coming year, Market Force plans to add IT and IS professionals to help build out the company’s infrastructure and proprietary software products.
