Bergen County now has a one-stop-shop for locally sourced ingredients and grab 'n' go meals
TEANECK, N.J., Nov. 1, 2022 /PRNewswire-PRWeb/ -- Alfred Sanzari Enterprises and county and town members held a ribbon-cutting ceremony to celebrate the grand opening of Marketplace, an Urban Eatery, today. Located in The Atrium at the Glenpointe corporate campus at 400 Frank W. Burr Boulevard, Teaneck, NJ, the new restaurant offers fresh and locally sourced, made-to-order and grab 'n' go meals.
Marketplace is a modern dining hall serving seasonal menu offerings and featuring a state-of-the-art, fully automated system that includes kiosks for in-store ordering and a website for pick-up and catering orders. Food options —hearty breakfasts, fresh coffee, healthy wraps, flavorful salads, sandwiches and treats — are divided into stations with witty names, including the "Daily Grind'' for locally-sourced coffee and "Eat Gluten Free" for gluten-free offerings. Customers can also choose from local favorites, including: Kosher deli, Ma'adan; Colombian-owned coffee shop, Coffeecol; French-inspired Balthazar Bakery; and homemade ice cream shops, Sip N Swirl and Conrads.
Marketplace is managed by White Lodging and its culinary expert, Chef AJ Buchanio, who has been the company's corporate research and development chef since 2019. Chef Buchanio previously served as Executive Chef at True Food Kitchen in Denver, CO and Del Frisco's Restaurant Group; assistant Maitre D' at the Basin Harbor Club in Vergennes, VT; and Chef de Cuisine at Evergreen Lodge in Yosemite, CA.

Marketplace joins an array of fine dining and casual offerings in Glenpointe's interconnected office buildings and the adjacent Marriott Hotel, including Pancetta Regional Kitchen & Wine Bar, The Glen Bar and a full-service Starbucks. Marketplace is open Monday through Friday from 7 a.m. to 3 p.m. For Glenpointe tenants, access to the Marketplace will be available 24 hours.
