Until recently, businesses required special ductwork and venting in order to utilize high-temperature pizza ovens. Many of Marra Forni’s customers were in need of a high-quality oven which they could use in their existing spaces. For that reason, the Ventless Exhaust Hood was created, and Marra Forni is pleased to introduce it today, in honor of National Get to Know Your Customers Day.

Marra Forni’s Ventless Exhaust Hood technology enables it to be operated from anywhere, and it recently received rave reviews at The International Pizza Expo in Las Vegas. Next month it will be showcased at the National Restaurant Association Show. Offering the same quality, and consistency as all of Marra Forn's powerful 2018 KI Award-winning Electric brick ovens. The Ventless Exhaust Hood will enable restaurants, food service, and catering facilities who were previously not able to support high-temperature baking to produce the same quality pizzas and baked goods as establishments with special venting thanks to the UL Listed Hood System’s high-temperature (industry leading 932F -500C) exhaust.

The Ventless Exhaust Hood system is full 18 Ga Stainless Steel and includes a new and innovative triple filter updraft technology which provides vapor removal requirements for a variety of food service applications and oven combinations. The size of the unit is 12” High, 43” wide and 42” deep. Designed to run on its own 5-amp circuit, the unit also includes a Grease Baffle Filter, Odor Filter, and Smoke Filter. Its color-coded lighted alert system provides ease of installation. Other standard features include stainless steel construction, triple filter technology, side filter access, and a 1-year limited parts and labor warranty. In addition to their wide range of premier ovens, Marra Forni offers complimentary food service equipment such as custom oven design, integrated ventilation systems, refrigerated prep tables, dough mixers, and cooking tools.
