Experts in workflow optimization will discuss the successful results of leveraging new technologies to improve the patient experience and hospital efficiency

The session, "Finding Financial Predictability using AI in an Industry that is Anything but Predictable," is part of the Innovation & Technology spotlight and will take place on Monday, June 26, 2023, from 9:50 am to 10:40 am Central Time. Ms. Armstead will host four thought leaders from Mary Washington Healthcare: Sarah Ogle, Senior VP of Revenue Cycle; Mary Loyd, Manager of Service Coordination and Performance Improvement; Cheri Basso, Director of Care Coordination; and Kimberly Mitkowski, Manager of Care Coordination.
The session will explore current challenges hospitals face in optimizing patient throughput, maintaining patient satisfaction, and maximizing appropriate revenue while minimizing their cost burdens.
