Queen of the Jungle's Founder, Maryanne Comaroto, discusses how her nonprofit participated in Giving Tuesday.
SAN FRANCISCO , Dec. 7, 2022 /PRNewswire-PRWeb/ -- The founder of the nonprofit Queen of the Jungle, Maryanne Comaroto, is grateful for the organization's participation on Tuesday, November 29, a global day of giving, otherwise known as Giving Tuesday.
As the public takes advantage of all the discounts that come with Black Friday and Cyber Monday, Giving Tuesday falls right into line for those who make their holiday charitable contributions before the year comes to an end. The Queen of the Jungle Foundation humbly participated in asking for support on Giving Tuesday. Since the Queen of the Jungle is a 501c(3) nonprofit organization, it is eligible for donation matching programs, which many corporations offer.
"We are grateful to be able to participate in Giving Tuesday. In the spirit of abundance, co-creation, and infinite possibilities, in the Divinely Feminine way, we encourage our beloved Queen of the Jungle community to come together and show their support for our mission this holiday season," said Maryanne Comaroto.
In addition to being the founder and chair of the Queen of the Jungle Foundation, Comaroto is a meditation teacher, relationship specialist, radio personality, award-winning author, and seminar leader. She also holds a Ph.D. in somatic depth psychology.
Maryanne Comaroto, inspired by her life's work and research, started the Queen of the Jungle nonprofit in 1993. She has continued to focus her dedicated career and energy on her work and mission through counseling women, public speaking, research, media, writing, and programs. Her passion and life's purpose are the heart of her organization, which is to aid in the awakening of women from the indoctrination trance that has lasted thousands of years. While her initial research focused on heterosexual females, Comaroto is passionate about gender inclusivity and how the phenomenon affects all genders.
The Queen of the Jungle Foundation offers research-based services and programs such as a six-week online course, Awaken from the Trance. During this course, participants create a deeper relationship with the Divine Feminine, go through an experimental journey to recognize and understand the trance, and dive deep into exploring how the cultural trauma is trance and aim at contributing to cultural change by making the trance explicit. The course helps participants generate more body and feminine spirit by guiding them in a movement inquiry process. This spirit is what is called the Divine Feminine.
"It's hard to believe that over sixty people will have completed the workshop by the end of the year! Since we started the program less than two years ago, our team has been raising money to thoughtfully grow the foundation and spread our offerings to create a world where we honor the divine feminine," said Comaroto.
All Queen of the Jungle Awaken from the Trance participants are welcomed to monthly online gatherings referred to as the Sacred Circle to come, rest, and refresh. The nonprofit also offers one-on-one coaching from the Queen of the Jungle growing coaching team. All programs are part of an ongoing research-based inquiry.
