Sara El-Shall is an experienced and compassionate attorney focusing on workers' compensation and personal injury cases. Prior to representing injury victims, Sara defended various state agencies, private employers, and insurers in all aspects of workers' compensation claims. Sara's work as a defense attorney provided her with extensive litigation experience and valuable insight into how insurance companies operate.
Sara grew up in Richmond, Virginia and became a certified EMT-B upon graduating from high school. After earning her B.A. in Justice from American University, Sara graduated from the University of Maryland Francis King Carey School of Law. While in law school, Sara served as a law clerk for the Office of the Public Defender's Felony Trial Division and was an Asper Fellow to the Honorable John N. Prevas in the Circuit Court for Baltimore City.
Since 2016, Sara has served on the Young Lawyers' Division Executive Council for the Bar Association of Baltimore City. She is also an active member of numerous professional associations including the Maryland Association for Justice, Maryland State Bar Association, American Association for Justice, and Monumental City Bar Association. Sara has been selected by Super Lawyers as a Rising Star since 2019, an honor awarded to only 2.5% eligible attorneys in the State.
