JADE Learning offers both types of courses online as well as a 21-hour package that includes 15 Hour Code Update: 2017 NEC Changes and Residential Wiring (2017 NEC).
"We are excited to be the first approved provider of online electrical continuing education in Massachusetts, Provider #444. Online Electrical License Renewal System:
This renewal cycle the Massachusetts Board of State Examiners of Electricians is moving to an online ePLACE renewal system. This means all licensees will be required to register an account, link their license number, and complete their renewal payment online. Licensees can then expect to receive their new license in the mail a few weeks after they've completed all requirements and renewed.
To assist with this transition towards online renewals, the Massachusetts Board of State Examiners of Electricians is holding a series of information sessions. The next scheduled dates are:
-June 6th, 2pm-6pm: MECA Offices in Dedham
-June 12th, 10am-2pm: IAEI Paul Revere Chapter meeting, Winthrop Elks
-June 24th, 10am: BSEE board meeting held at Blackstone Regional Valley High school in Upton
For more information about these events, contact the Board.
