Copley Consulting will implement the cloud-based solution across Mastercool's organization to help centralize their IT infrastructure and automate the company's business processes in order to increase transaction and reporting efficiency.
Mastercool's management team needed a solution that was capable of providing real- time feedback for a better understanding of their business and advancing their growth trajectory. The company required built-in analytics to help with their decision-making and wanted to leverage automation to increase company transaction throughput.
