But for one date every year, the Masters Tour comes to Brands Hatch, to share the electrifying sounds and sights of historic racing, with UK fans who love the sport. The Brands Hatch GP Circuit is one of the most iconic, historic circuits in the world. When you think of Brands Hatch, you think of Historic Formula One. That’s why the iconic Ford Cosworth DFV engine will echo around the circuit as the FIA Masters Historic Formula One Championship headlines the weekend, taking fans back to the sight and sound of F1 in the ‘70s and ‘80s. An exhilarating day at the 13th Masters Historic Festival on the Brands Hatch GP circuit. Qualifying through the morning and racing during the afternoon, showcasing 4 decades of historic racing - Formula One, Formula 2, Sports Cars, GT and Touring cars all in front of an appreciative crowd.

The 2nd Day of the 2019 Masters Historic Festival at Brands Hatch delivered on all its promises! In front of a large crowd enjoying the Kent sunshine, the racing was fast, fierce and fun throughout the day! From Minis to McLarens, Lolas to Lotus’s, the podium was busy honoring historic racers from around the world.

Divided into 7 categories, each with its own unique characteristics but all having one thing in common. Tons of racing pedigree, an extensive motorsport heritage and a supporting crew that provides all the care and treatment these rare vehicles require.

Hosted in the iconic circuit of Brands Hatch, which is considered one of the world’s most iconic venues. Having retained its original layout since it was originally built back in 1950, numerous motorsports legends have written history in this demanding racetrack. Looping around the woodlands of Kent, the spectacle of these amazing cars is bound to be an amazing spectacle.
