Matan Companies announced today the purchase of 101 International Drive, a 4.84-acre industrial property in Sterling, Virginia. The 60,006 square foot industrial building is ideally located at the confluence of Route 267 and Route 28, next to Dulles International Airport. The 100-percent-leased property is home to a quality roster of light industrial users including W.W. Grainger, Inc. and Lennox International Inc.
