Plans to break ground on two Class A industrial spec buildings early next year

Matan Companies has purchased a 13-acre industrial site located on Woodyard Road in Clinton, Maryland for the development of a new industrial complex called Woodyard Industrial Park. Matan will commence construction in the spring of 2022 on two Class A buildings totaling approximately 200,000 square feet, with plans to deliver in the spring of 2023.

Building 1 will be 90,000 square feet with 18,000 square feet of future mezzanine potential and Building 2 will be 75,000 square feet with 15,000 square feet of future mezzanine potential. Both buildings will feature 32’ clear ceiling heights, tilt-up concrete construction, 50’ x 52’ column spacing, a 60’ speed bay, and a 190’ truck court. Over 200 parking spaces will be available at the project including 6 electric vehicle charging stations and 10 trailer drops. Located just 8 miles southeast of Washington D.C. Woodyard Industrial Park offers quick and convenient access to Route 5/Branch Avenue and the Capital Beltway/I-495.
