(NTI) (http://www.nowtechs.com) this week announced that Matt Deskin has been promoted to Vice President effective immediately of their Lanham, Maryland based headquarters. In his new role, Deskin will oversee the day to day operations of the company, build relationships with current clients, lead new business efforts, and collaborate with NTI CEO Sean Williams to define the company's long-term strategic direction. NTI has provided IT services to small businesses, government agencies and non-profits in the MD, DC and VA region since 1997.
In his prior role as a Commercial Business Manager; Deskin lead a team of Engineers inside the company's Commercial Business division. Under his leadership, Deskin grew the Commercial Business Division by 80% in his first three years and guided it as it grew by over 500%. Recently, Deskin was instrumental in Now Technologies receiving multiple contract awards in the State of Maryland.
Deskin has worked for NTI since 2008, starting as a Field Technician. He then worked as a Systems Engineer for several years before taking on the role of Commercial Business Manager, a position he held for the past five years.
