Reporting directly to CEO Terry Boyland, Matt will lead all aspects of the US business including client relations, operations, business development and client technology execution. He has also been appointed a member of the Executive Committee where he will join other associates in developing global strategies for the business.

With a background as a leader in capital markets technology within Latin America, expansion into the USA and Canada has seen the company gain accounts with a number of global tier 1 financial institutions. With the addition of Mr. Midson, the company will continue to grow its presence in the US and impart their expert Digital Transformation techniques across the Americas.
Mr. Midson holds significant stature in the global technology banking world; having held CIO and senior IT leadership positions in various prominent firms and Tier 1 banks, he has over 28 years of experience in consulting and business development within the financial services industry, as well as a demonstrated history of managing all aspects of technology and business spanning capital markets, corporate and commercial banking.
