Matthews Paint EZ Spray Facilitates Sign Repair in the Field

Available in both MAP Conventional/SVOC and MAP Ultra Low VOC, EZ Spray's two-component technology comprises Matthews paint and hardener in one can. The hardener is integrated in a separate cylinder in the can and is released when the drive pin punctures the cylinder. No field mixing is required.

This aerosol system allows fabricators to mix paint for the job and use the same mixed color for touch-up in the field. The result is reduced operational costs and an increase in small-quantity sale profits. With its compact design (about the size of a coffee maker), the filling system requires minimal counter space. The aerosol filling system is safe, efficient and waste-free to operate. Filling only starts with complete closure of a metal shatterproof door. The mixed custom color or clear is injected into the aerosol can in one powerful movement with no loss of paint.
Theoretical transfer efficiency is 30 percent better than conventional spray equipment, resulting in four times the pot life of conventional spray process.
