MAXRIENY Embraces High-Tech Fashion with Centric Fashion PLM

MAXRIENY, the Chinese ladies fashion brand, has selected Centric Software’s Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) solution. MAXRIENY is a Shenzhen CloudCreator Fashion Design Co., Ltd. (CC Universe) brand, co-founded by husband-and-wife team Kevin and Sara Wong. The brand had specific target segments in mind right from the start – fans of medieval castle themes and fantasy elements. In just 5 years, the brand recorded sales of approximately $1 billion USD in the already saturated domestic market for ladies apparel.

MAXRIENY's early success was driven by CC Universe's emphasis on enterprise digitalization, but a comprehensive digital platform was necessary to guarantee future growth.

“After launching a Business Intelligence (BI) reporting system last year for product development, we found that the basic data within the database was still not perfect, and many reports still needed to be created manually, so there was a gap between our original expectations of the BI system and what this system could actually do,” explains Kevin Wong, Founder & CEO at CC Universe. “We realized that our high-tech fashion enterprise had to be built on a strong foundation of digitalization.”

“An intelligent and fully digitalized fashion company would not take shape without complete product data that includes information from R&D and design stages, as well as production and sales.
