MCI USA is pleased to announce that Jay Blankenship, Todd Gilmore, and Brittany Shoul have been promoted to Senior Vice President. As MCI USA enhances and broadens its sales capabilities, these proven sales professionals will each lead teams that meet specialized needs in the association market.

Jay Blankenship has been promoted to Senior Vice President, Revenue Strategy & Operations, Enterprise Sales. Jay has more than 20 years of experience designing sales and marketing strategies that deliver proven revenue growth, tangible marketing results, and positive customer experiences. Jay leads MCI USA’s project-based work involving sales and revenue consulting. He also serves as a client partnership and performance leader to key accounts. He has in-depth knowledge in the legal, oceanography, ProAV, and energy sectors.

Todd Gilmore now serves as Senior Vice President, Revenue Strategy & Operations, Event Sales. A 17-year veteran of the trade show industry, Todd is recognized as a relationship builder with a record of providing business solutions for organizations, initiating and implementing full sales, marketing, and operational directives. He previously worked for Informa Exhibitions, where he directed sales efforts for Trade Show News Network Top 20 event World of Concrete.

Brittany Shoul has been promoted to Senior Vice President, Revenue Strategy & Operations, Full-Service Sales. She is a passionate revenue operations and sales strategy leader. Brittany leads a team of sales and support professionals that generate non-dues revenue for associations through advertising, exhibit, sponsorship, and corporate partnership programs. She has worked with more than 50 associations across multiple industries, including education, healthcare, and engineering, to improve their products to engage both members and sponsors.
