Built on behalf of longtime client Continental Properties, the 192-unit development marks the 18th Springs project that McShane has completed. McShane is currently underway with two additional projects for Continental in the Phoenix area: Springs at Deer Valley in Phoenix and Springs at Cooley Station in Gilbert.
