In response to increasing IT workforce demand and overall growth of MDI's regional markets, the company has created the Executive Director of Fulfillment Services role. Shokie Banerjee will lead the company's strategic initiatives to meet clients' increasing IT talent needs.
In this new position, Shokie will leverage over 20 years of recruiting experience to lead a robust, highly customized fulfillment strategy and continue to establish best-in-class standards when it comes to recruiting IT talent. Shokie will be collaborating closely with regional Managing Directors to ensure that MDI remains a leader in driving efficient and effective fulfillment processes for all clients.
Shokie joined the MDI team as a Senior Technical Recruiter in 2003 and was promoted to Managing Director of the Greenville, South Carolina, branch in 2009. He also manages the Charlotte, North Carolina, branch, which opened in 2012. Under Shokie's leadership, the Carolina offices have seen him implement recruitment strategies which have led to unprecedented growth and substantially expanded market share.
