ADR Professional and Former Judge Maurice Gallipoli Brings Judicial Experience to Mediation.com and Arbitration.com
Morristown, NJ (PRWEB) April 09, 2014 -- After serving at the highest levels in both private practice and on the bench as a presiding and assignment judge in the state court system, respected legal and ADR practitioner Maurice Gallipoli has announced his dual membership in both Mediation.com and Arbitration.com. The announcement came as Gallipoli launches a campaign to raise his online profile.
“The power of the law is in serving the best interests of our clients,” said Gallipoli. “Even in my time serving my State as a judge, I’ve never forgotten that golden rule, and now that I’m back in private practice, I am applying it every day to the challenging work of serving client interests. My goal in joining Mediation.com and Arbitration.com is all about making myself available and getting my practice out there so I can connect with clients who need me.”
Gallipoli served as a Civil Part Judge and an Assignment Judge in the Superior Court of New Jersey, Hudson Vicinage, from 1987 until 2012, when he joined the law firm of Porzio, Bromberg & Newman. A graduate of New York University School of Law, he is also a former member of the Supreme Court Arbitration Advisory Committee.
At Porzio, Bromberg, & Newman, Gallipoli has a dual focus on litigation and ADR, and serves as a third-party neutral in the role of arbitrator and mediator, and assists with settlement negotiations. Experienced and respected, he specializes in complex, large-scale cases that would otherwise languish in the courts at great expense.
