She is experienced in coding and reimbursement analysis across government-sponsored and commercial health plans, sustainable finance planning, outcomes and impact analysis, payor landscape assessment, and payor contracting and negotiation strategy including value-based purchasing arrangements.
Ms. Gendrolis formerly served as Director at Precipio Health Strategies where she conducted due diligence for private equity firms focused on lower middle market investments in pharmaceutical, biotechnology, medical device, diagnostic, and life science companies. Currently, she serves as a strategic advisor to health plan and provider clients in the development, financing, contracting and implementation of innovative solutions and benefits that address the needs of Medicare and Medicaid beneficiaries. She served as Adjunct Faculty at the University of Baltimore where she taught Health Insurance and Prepaid Health Care and Introduction to Quality Performance and Improvement in Health Care, has authored reimbursement-focused works including The Hospice Guide to Billing and Reimbursement, and presented at numerous health care and life sciences conferences.
