Birmingham, AL (PRWEB) February 18, 2015 -- MedjetAssist, a premier air medical transport membership program for savvy travelers, announced the promotion of Willis McKee to Vice President of Marketing and Communications and Phillip White to Vice President of Sales. McKee will be responsible for developing new, low-cost digital marketing member acquisition strategies, while White will be managing the company’s sales growth and account retention, as well as market development of new targeted verticals, segments and channels.

McKee joined MedjetAssist in December 2005, and was instrumental in growing Medjet’s in-house marketing team from the ground up. While in his previous position, McKee created The World Wide Will, a nationally recognized travel blog which aids in travel-centric, non-branded search optimization. McKee will continue to work as the marketing strategist, creative designer, writer, and editor for travel blog.
McKee holds an undergraduate degree from University of Southern Mississippi and a graduate degree in international business from Auburn University. His honors and awards include being the Moderator of Digital Media Travel Symposium in New York City, a member of the Honor Society of Phi Kappa Phi, a member of the Birmingham Top 40 under 40 and a member of the Birmingham Creative Class 2005.
White, who joined MedjetAssist in 2012, brings over 20 years of sales management experience to his new position. A graduate of Brigham Young University, White specializes in sales management, B2B and B2B2C sales, international business, strategic partnering, business development, account management and marketing management.
