MedShift Connect concludes digital influencer campaign for innovative brand, Lumiton

MedShift Connect announced today the conclusion of its Wear Healthy campaign, a digital influencer campaign for its client, Lumiton. While the campaign’s main drive was to increase mask sales, it was also designed to boost sales for all Lumiton apparel.

MedShift Connect is the in-house communications and marketing agency of MedShift, a medical technology company based in Charlotte, North Carolina. Lumiton is a technology company that works to transform textiles into a light delivery system for enhanced performance, protection, comfort and wellness. The agency has been working with Lumiton since September 2020, and has plans to continue working with the brand in the future.

The influencer campaign, which ran throughout the month of October, featured Charlotte businesswoman and beauty guru, Lindsey Regan Thorne.

“Lumiton was one of the best collaborations and companies to partner with. I believe in their science, their method, and I’ve worn their fabrics to know and trust the brand, but working one-on-one with them was absolutely seamless,” said Lindsey Regan Thorne.

Through implementation of the digital influencer campaign and a consistent and engaging posting strategy, the Lumiton Instagram account reached over 28,000 unique accounts since the beginning of the partnership.

“Our team has worked diligently to boost Lumiton’s brand awareness and to accelerate sales of all products since the beginning of our partnership. We feel that the digital influencer campaign played a huge role in increasing Lumiton mask sales, and we expect sales to continue to increase in the coming months” said MedShift’s Vice President of Communications and Marketing, Victoria Olszowy.

In addition to the digital influencer campaign, MedShift Connect managed the Lumiton internal social channels for brand enhancement purposes. The agency manages the textile innovator’s digital content creation, copywriting, and hashtag optimization, and will continue to do so for the foreseeable future. So far, the Lumiton Instagram account has experienced a 47% growth in follower count under the management of MedShift Connect, and the numbers are expected to continue rising throughout the remainder of the 2020 year. Additionally, since the beginning of the partnership, the Lumiton Instagram account has experienced a 20% engagement rate increase.
