Amy Berenson Mallow, Esq. joins Mestel as an Executive Director in our Associates, Counsel, and Partners group in Los Angeles. She will lead executive-level searches for our Law Firm Management practice, assisting Am Law 100 – 200 and regional firms to enhance the leadership and improve efficiencies across the business suite. With more than 25 years of experience in legal recruiting, career coaching, law student professional development, and the practice of law, Amy brings a holistic understanding of the legal profession, and the operational needs and business challenges of law firms in today's competitive market.
Mat Martin, Esq. is an Executive Director in Mestel's Associates, Counsel, and Partners practice in Chicago. He brings nearly 12 years of experience in legal recruiting and an additional seven years in the practice of bankruptcy law. With his deep understanding of the dynamics at play in the legal marketplace and knowledge of national trends, Mat provides valuable information and thoughtful feedback when consulting his clients and attorney candidates.
Jason Rindenau, Esq. joins Mestel as a Senior Director in the Associates, Counsel, and Partners group in New York. With previous experience as a partner placement specialist and premier law school education, Jason has strong relationships with attorneys at all levels of their career and with various expertise, and proven success in positioning them for strategic career transitions.
Randy Steinberg, Esq. is a Director in Mestel's Associates and Counsel group in Los Angeles. Throughout his distinguished career in immigration law, government, and nonprofit, he has worked on nationally-recognized federal cases, obtained asylum for several unaccompanied minors from Central America, and successfully argued in Immigration Court on behalf of his clients.
