She is widely sought after for her feasibility studies for pending land acquisitions, repositioning studies, and best use analysis on a wide variety of customized research across a broad spectrum of home building concerns. Prior to joining Metrostudy, deButts held senior positions with John Burns Real Estate Consulting and Fulton Research.
Maggie Kelley joins the Metrostudy team after two decades in the industry with positions at K. Hovnanian, Richmond American and most recently as analyst and land acquisition executive with Lennar Homes. She is active and visible in a variety of industry and volunteer organizations, including NAHB and NAR.
Debbie Rosenstein, widely hailed as one of the region's most accomplished housing analysts, will continue to act as the managing consultant for markets across the Atlantic region, including Philadelphia, Delaware, New Jersey, Baltimore, Washington D.C. and the Charlotte and Raleigh markets.
