Viva Tequila! Moctezuma's Mexican Restaurant & Tequila Bar Debuts New Location at Southcenter Mall
Tukwila, WA (PRWEB) January 06, 2015 -- Moctezuma's Mexican Restaurant & Tequila Bar, the 2014 winner of “Best Mexican Restaurant” on KING5’s Best of Western Washington, is announcing the opening of their newest “passion project,” a third location in Tukwila, Washington at Westfield Southcenter Mall.
“We are thrilled to be opening our newest restaurant at Southcenter,” said Bernie Garcia, co-owner of Moctezuma’s. “We chose this location because of South King County’s diverse and growing population, and its proximity to our other locations. Being at the center of one of Washington’s largest shopping centers was also quite appealing. We’re excited to provide a quality and authentic Mexican dining experience, one we’re confident locals and mall-goers alike will embrace.”

Moctezuma’s Mexican Restaurant is known as the area’s premier dining destination for quality Mexican cuisine. Their menu features homemade, family recipes that boast authenticity and quality ingredients. The carefully crafted selections feature classic, traditional favorites alongside new, exciting choices like the Moctezuma’s Molcajete Mixto, served in a lava stone bowl pictured below. Guests can also watch as tortilleras prepare fresh corn tortillas by hand in the beautiful dining room.
According to Garcia, “From the moment guests walk through the doors, they feel as if they’ve been transported to Guadalajara, Mexico. With hand painted tiles, custom imported furniture and distinct lighting combine with glowing fire pits throughout, all of it has been carefully designed to create a vibrant and authentic Mexican ambiance. It’s truly unlike any other Mexican dining experience in the Pacific Northwest.”
The Tequila Bar at Moctezuma’s features more than 100 distinguished tequilas and mezcals, served to guests in a rustic and relaxing atmosphere. Featured items include hand-shaken margaritas and exquisite tequila-based cocktails – each prepared with high quality, 100 percent Blue Weber Agave tequila and mixed with freshly squeezed juices.
