Meyer Vacation Rentals President Michelle Hodges said the analysis started with a company overview inspecting ownership structure, company background and history, website, property management system partner, total property count, and average daily rates.
"Then, to dive deeper, we provided our liability insurance coverage as well as our audited financials for the previous two years along with key performance indicators, rental agreements, cancellation terms, financial flows, crisis management plans—such as for tropical occurrences—and more," Hodges said.
