Michael Kent, a professional land man, has partnered with Acierto, a low cost operator with expertise in exploiting existing mature assets.

Michael Kent has over 34 years of experience in the oil and gas business, including 28 years as a land man with Shell and ConocoPhillips primarily in the Eagle Ford, Permian and Lobo areas. Byron Yeatman and Michael Gibson - co-founders of Acierto Resources Company, LLC, both have over thirty years of experience in the oil and gas industry on the engineering and geology side of the business.
Acierto Resources Company, LLC is known for their ability to simultaneously cut costs while increasing production. Kent's experience in land management combined with equally extensive knowledge of his new partners in oil and gas well operations "will deliver results for MJK Oil and Gas Properties and their clients," Kent said.
