As a mediator and arbitrator, Michael helps resolve employment and business disputes through a combination of experience, relatability, and perseverance. Over a 35-year career, Michael has gained a unique blend of legal and business experience. He has personally litigated civil cases on behalf of plaintiffs and defendants, worked in a large law firm and as a solo practitioner, served in senior executive staff and operations roles in two Fortune 50 companies, and founded a start-up food company.
Michael currently serves on mediation and arbitration panels including: American Arbitration Association (Commercial, Labor And Employment Panel Mediator And Arbitrator); California Mediation And Conciliation Service; California Public Employment Relations Board; City Of Anaheim Police Department and APA; Los Angeles County Equity Oversight Panel; California Office of Administrative Hearings; and United States District Court (C. D. Cal.) .
The National Academy of Distinguished Neutrals is a professional association whose membership consists of ADR professionals distinguished by their hands-on experience in the field of civil and commercial conflict resolution. Membership is by invitation only and all Academy members have been thoroughly reviewed and found to meet stringent practice criteria.
