Michelin-starred Moto Restaurant Celebrates 10-Year Anniversary with Opening Day Pricing
Chicago, IL (PRWEB) January 09, 2014 -- January marks 10 years since Celebrity Chef Homaro Cantu opened the doors to his first restaurant Moto Restaurant. To celebrate this special anniversary, Chef Richie Farina will take guests on a culinary feast featuring 12 courses with 10 wine pairings. The anniversary menu will feature iconic dishes alongside some of today’s new, inspired creations.
Starting January 29, the 10-year anniversary celebration menu will run through February 8. Guests will also be signed up to receive an autographed copy of the upcoming The Moto Cookbook. Opening day pricing ($165) excludes tax and gratuity.
“Over the last ten years, I have not only witnessed the growth of Chicago's trendy Fulton Market District neighborhood where Moto is located, but also of zero food mile gastronomy which we pioneered 3 years ago,” said Moto Chef/Owner Homaro Cantu. “For me it is all about celebrating delicious food and wine–bringing those things here for people to enjoy under one roof.”
