Micro Matic Announces Acquisition of Valpar
BROOKSVILLE, Florida (PRWEB) August 31, 2015 -- Micro Matic A/S acquired Valpar Industrial Ltd of Northern Ireland. With the acquisition of one of the world’s largest manufacturers of beverage tubes and pythons, Valpar, Micro Matic strengthens its global beverage business significantly. Valpar is a major global supplier to breweries and soft drink producers.
