NMSOs are procurement vehicles from the Government of Canada through Shared Services Canada (SSC) – to provide standing offers and supply arrangements on behalf of all federal departments, boards, agencies and crown corporations. SSC offers easy-to-use procurement options to simplify the acquisition of IT products and services. A standing offer from a preferred vendor can provide goods and/or services at pre-arranged prices, under set terms and conditions.
