At approximately 09:05 on 12 October 2019, Elias Membreno, Ronal Enrique Borjas Rodas, and Mariano Bonilla, sustained serious injuries when the upper floors of the structure under construction collapsed. The proximate cause of our client's damages was the alleged negligence of defendants, in the planning, operation, manning, and method of conducting the work at the site located at 1031 Canal Street, New Orleans, Louisiana."
