Mike Giuffrida: Sport Blog Site to Become More Interactive

A popular sport blog website will soon become more interactive thanks to a website overhaul this fall.

Fans of both professional and college sports will soon be able to access a newly revamped version of a popular sport blog website by sport aficionado Mike Giuffrida.

The blog website, which can be found at http://www.mikegiuffrida.com, has received three times more traffic than originally expected. For this reason, version 2.0 of the up-and-coming website has been moved up from later next year to Nov. 1 of this year. In addition, the website will remain free for the foreseeable future, rather than being placed behind a paywall as originally planned.

The upcoming version of the website will bring new quality-of-life changes, such as better social media integration and more football blogs as requested.

Giuffrida decided to create the website due to his strong passion for sports. The University of Connecticut student, who aspires to become a sport agent, knew from a young age that he wanted to be involved in sports in some capacity.

According to Giuffrida, most fans of sports wish to become coaches, athletes, team managers, or physical therapists. However, he has chosen to become a sport agent, as he feels that this type of role would be both satisfying and lucrative for him. As a sport agent, Giuffrida looks forward to representing some of the world’s best athletes.

An alternative career direction for Giuffrida if his sport agent career plans don’t materialize is to work for a company that pours large sums of money into the sport industry -- for example, Nike or Gatorade.

On his blog, readers can enjoy a glimpse at Giuffrida’s life as a University of Connecticut student, as well as the latest updates about sports. Readers can also gain knowledge of topics such as a sport agent’s daily responsibilities, and free agency. Giuffrida’s ultimate goal is to start an engaging conversation about the sport-related matters that both intrigue and inspire today’s readers.
