Dale Philippi set to lead the Madison-based company which is the parent of Aprilaire, Anden and DriSteem.

Research Products Corporation, parent company of national brands Aprilaire, Anden, and DriSteem, announces Mike McGowan is stepping down as CEO after a successful 23-year career with the company to pursue other interests. Dale Philippi, currently president of the Aprilaire division, will succeed McGowan.
