Mike has been in the incentive and events business for more than 25 years. He started his career as an ad copywriter and he's an award-winning creative director, loyalty strategist and marketer.

Mike most recently led strategy and marketing efforts for Aimia's B2B loyalty arm in the US, and for the Minneapolis-based engagement firm MotivAction. He is currently Vice Chair of the Incentive Research Foundation's Research Committee. Mike resides outside of Denver, Colorado.
