LOS ANGELES, June 11, 2019 /PRNewswire-PRWeb/ -- MilSource today announced that the MILTECH 9012C, after completing rigorous testing by the United States Army, has received VICTORY Standard certification. The Vehicular Integration for Command, Control, Communication, Computers, Intelligence, Surveillance, Reconnaissance (C4ISR) / Electronic Warfare (EW) Interoperability (VICTORY) architecture is a set of specifications to facilitate development and implementation of open standards that provide more efficient and cost-effective integration of C4ISR and related items of equipment on Army platforms.
The MILTECH 9012C was tested by U.S. Army Combat Capabilities Development Command (CCDC) Ground Vehicle Systems Center using the VICTORY Compliance Test Tool software suite to ensure compliance for interoperability and standards. Testing and validation covered the following components:

The MILTECH 9012 C joins the growing list of C4ISR/EW solutions that are enabling the Army to increase the use of low-cost open standards-based COTS electronics in military ground vehicle. It features both L2/L3 network switching and routing capabilities including virtual LANS (VLANS), traffic prioritization/QoS, IPv4/IPv6 dynamic routing, and bandwidth aggregation. A single board computer (SBC) is added to the MILTECH 9012C to host additional functions such as an integrated Cisco-IOS router with security and mobility protocols, specialized network software based on Linux, unique encryption and security measures, robotic limb controls using JAUS or vehicle management controls.
