Persons in need of auto maintenance or a new vehicle can obtain these things without risking their health or that of their loved ones.

The unprecedented coronavirus pandemic has changed the daily lives of people all over the world. Despite the restricted hours and policies required with social distancing and state-enforced partial shutdown, transportation is still a necessity. Vehicles won’t stop breaking down due to a pandemic. Hall Cars—a joint Mazda and Volkswagen dealership—recognizes this and has tailored a few services toward remote, no-contact guidelines. Persons in need of auto maintenance or a new vehicle can obtain these things without risking their health or that of their loved ones.
Hall Cars has adopted new services and adapted others to give community members the ability to keep up with vehicle maintenance or buy a new car. One example of this is the home delivery test drive service, wherein a sales team member will a deliver the desired vehicle to a prospective buyer’s residence, let the customer test drive the car and then return the vehicle to the dealership. Similarly, a service team member can pick up a vehicle, perform the required maintenance, and then return the vehicle to the customer’s home. The list of available remote services is on the Hall Cars website.
Both Mazda and Volkswagen are offering financial relief and payments deferrals. Volkswagen has 90-day deferrals without fees and lease extensions for up to six months. Mazda has similar programs available to applicants. Those in the market for a new car can take advantage of extraordinary financing rates. Volkswagen has 0% ARP for 72 months with a 180-day payment deferral on new vehicle. Mazda also has 0% APR financing options with a 90-day deferral, plus a $1,500 credit for returning Mazda customers.
