Moves Are Part of Internal Reorganization to Enhance Focus on Business Tech Consulting

These promotions represent a major step in positioning Mind Over Machines to further advance its focus on helping our clients and partners work smarter, avoid disruption, and navigate both traditional and emerging technologies.

To help more people successfully navigate the complex technology and business issues critical to organizational success, Mind Over Machines has promoted two members of its leadership team as part of an internal reorganization aimed at furthering its mission to enrich lives by helping the world work smarter.

Tim Kulp, who previously served as Vice President of Innovation and Strategy, has been promoted to Chief Innovation Officer. In that role, Kulp will apply his experience in design thinking and human-centered tech strategies to enhance Mind Over Machines’ innovation and product development services, providing clients and partners with comprehensive solutions that easily leverage emerging technologies for automation and workforce success.

Mind Over Machines also promoted Steve Navarro to Chief Revenue Officer and General Manager, with responsibility for bringing innovative concepts to market to deliver on the company’s promise to provide world-class technology advisory services to its partners and clients. Navarro, who previously served as Executive Vice President of Sales and Marketing, will also oversee Mind Over Machines’ Innovation, Delivery, Sales, and Marketing teams.

“As companies navigate through the disruptions of 2020, many are focused on digital transformation, automation, and their impact on the workforce,” says Mind Over Machines’ Founder and CEO Tom Loveland. “These promotions represent a major step in positioning Mind Over Machines to further advance its focus on helping our clients and partners work smarter, avoid disruption, and navigate both traditional and emerging technologies.”

Loveland notes that the promotions and internal reorganization are in line with the continuing growth and expansion of Mind Over Machines as the company further enhances technology delivery with an explicit focus on powerful and enduring client outcomes.

“At Mind Over Machines, our mission is to provide human-centric, data-informed solutions that enrich lives by helping the world work smarter,” Loveland explains. “We are confident these internal changes will play a pivotal role in helping more people successfully navigate the complex technology and business issues that drive organizational success.”
