First Self-Storage Trade Publication Entering New Era of Leadership
PHOENIX, March 9, 2023 /PRNewswire-PRWeb/ -- MiniCo Insurance Agency LLC (MiniCo) announced today that it has finalized the sale of its Publishing Division, effective March 1, 2023, to Storelocal Media Corporation (Storelocal).

MiniCo created the first self-storage industry trade publication with the launch of Mini-Storage Messenger in 1979. As the "original voice of the self-storage industry," the company went on to innovate informational and educational resources for the industry including the landmark Self-Storage Almanac, Self-Storage Buyer's Guide, Self-Storage Development Handbook, RV & Boat Storage Development Handbook, Self-Storage Expense Guidebook, and periodicals such as Self-Storage Now and Self-Storage Canada.
Under MiniCo's leadership, the division also became the publisher of choice for a large number of leading self-storage industry experts seeking to share their knowledge and expertise with a global audience.
