MiniCo Publishing Partners with Union Realtime for the "2018 Self-Storage Almanac"
Phoenix, AZ (PRWEB) August 31, 2017 -- MiniCo Publishing has announced that Union Realtime will be the exclusive data provider for the "2018 Self-Storage Almanac." Published annually each December in print and digital editions, this will be the 26th edition of the company's highly respected statistical and data resource for the self-storage industry in the United States. "Self-Storage Almanac" features data including an industry profile, economics and demographics, technology, finance, occupancy, rental rates, and other benchmarking statistics and data.
Additional collaborations between MiniCo Publishing and Union Realtime will include a Canadian version of the "Self-Storage Almanac" as well as a monthly column in MiniCo's flagship publication, "Mini-Storage Messenger," entitled "Data Intelligence" that will provide a market-specific, high-level look at a market's overall health.
MiniCo Publishing will also continue to work with Aaron Swerdlin and his team at Houston-based NKF Capital Markets in a strategic partnership that has increased the depth of information provided in the "Almanac" along with data analysis for the past four years.
