Sharon is Miro’s resident IBM licensing expert. Having worked for IBM for over 10 years, Sharon has extensive knowledge of IBM contracts and licensing, which she applies to her work with Miro – helping clients navigate their IBM licensing contracts. She brings to Miro tremendous knowledge of IT Asset Management, licensing management, contract negotiation and procurement planning and management.
Prior to her tenure with IBM Global Services, Sharon was an Intelligence Analyst for the Army National Guard and a Storekeeper 3rd Class with the United States Navy. She received a B.A. in Computer Science from Thomas A. Edison State College.
