Mission Stone and Tile Announces a New "Crush"
Nashville, TN (PRWEB) September 25, 2013 -- Mission Stone & Tile, a retailer/distributor of tile and natural stone collections with an online store and two showroom locations in Tennessee, has announced the launch of “Crush,” a collection of glass tile made from 100% recycled pre-consumer glass and featuring a plethora of colors and size options.
“Color is back in a big way, and the Crush collection has over 40 hues to select from,” reports Mission Stone & Tile President Mary Elizabeth Oropeza. “All 40 colors come in both gloss and matte, so the design possibilities are mind boggling!”
Additionally, Crush comes in 17 sizes encompassing both field tile and mosaic options. From playful circles and diamonds to sleek rectangular sizes, Crush is extremely versatile and “ideal for creating custom patterns,” as Oropeza explains. Trim pieces and border combinations round out the collection.
“All the colors and sizes are like candy for design lovers. It’s so much fun to create new combinations that blend different hues and shapes!”
Crush tiles are made from 100% pre-consumer glass from the window and solar industries. VOC-free color pigments are added to the finely crushed glass particles that are then fit into molds to attain the desired sizes. The result is environmentally friendly tiles suitable for a range of interior and exterior wall and floor applications, including light commercial and residential environments. The tiles are made in the USA by Fireclay Tile at their California studio.
