Holtzman has spent his entire 20-plus year career working in sports, spanning various roles across the industry, including executive roles with the NBA, NFL and MLB. Most recently, he held positions as VP of Business Development at Sportsdigita, a modern presentation platform for professional sports teams helping over 400 teams connect with fans; and as CEO of ONtrac, a holistic one-stop fan solution focused on apps, AR, VR, wayfinding and beacons. Starting his career on the sports agency side with CAA, he has also worked in sports advertising with Media Brokers International. Doug has specialized in partnership sales – selling over $100 million in sponsorships – with pro teams including the Rockford Lightning, the New Orleans Saints, the Tampa Bay Rays, and the Houston Rockets.

Coming from a sports family, Holtzman has been around the industry his entire life. His father, Bob Holtzman, pitched in the Minor Leagues with the St. Louis Cardinals, and his uncle, Ken Holtzman, is a five-time World Series winner and pitched in the Major Leagues with the Chicago Cubs, Oakland Athletics, Baltimore Orioles, and New York Yankees.
