As a company that has had more than 26 years of success in helping banks with a wide variety of customer communications, this is the next logical step in the continued evolution of our company.
NEW YORK (PRWEB) October 14, 2020
MKP communications inc., a firm specializing in change, promotional, and regulatory communications and marketing for banks and financial companies, announces that it has named Maxwell Chalkin as Chief Digital Officer. According to President and CEO Hillary Kelbick, “we are thrilled to have Maxwell leading MKP’s digital evolution.”
According to Kelbick, MKP created this new role to expand on its offerings for bank and financial clients. MKP will offer a three-pronged approach to digital services. First will be data analytics services for clients to help them leverage data to better service their existing customers and sell to new ones. Second will be to use the intelligence gained from data to make better media buys across all forms of paid media. And third will be to help clients with strategic personalized content deployment in new, secure channels including email and web.
Prior to joining the MKP team in 2019, Chalkin was First Vice President, Senior Marketing Manager at Amalgamated Bank of New York, responsible for traditional and digital marketing projects across all the bank’s channels. Prior to Amalgamated, Chalkin was Chief of Staff for a Massachusetts state representative and managed winning Massachusetts state representative and Cambridge City Council campaigns. He also worked in biotechnology communication for Tufts University and started a successful English language academy in Spain. Chalkin is fluent in Spanish and is a graduate of Tufts University.
“I’m honored to be leading the digital charge for MKP. As a company that has had more than 26 years of success in helping banks with a wide variety of customer communications, this is the next logical step in the continued evolution of our company,” notes Chalkin.
Kelbick adds that the data and media services are already available from MKP and that the proprietary application for customized, secure content development will be available in the coming year. Building on the company’s well-established reputation for pioneering personalized, data-driven customer communications, MKP’s newest digital offerings will be of interest to bank marketers looking to enhance their various marketing efforts and deliver highly targeted messaging in a secure way via the web and other channels.
Chalkin acknowledges that some big banks are already offering personalized marketing messaging to customers, but that many medium and smaller banks are not there yet. “That’s where we can help,” adds Chalkin. Moreover, Chalkin notes that while most banks have Customer Information Systems, many are not taking full advantage of available data to inform their marketing decisions.
“The opportunity to take full advantage of data and technology to drive marketing decisions is a very exciting and pragmatic add on to the marketing communications services our firm has provided for over 26 years to banks. Onward and upward,” adds Kelbick.
