Modular Building Institute-Sponsored Offsite Construction Expo Releases Full Speaker Lineup for Digital Denver Show
The Denver Offsite Construction Expo, delivered digitally, will include six presentations from modular and offsite construction industry leaders.
CHARLOTTESVILLE, Va., Sept. 2, 2020 /PRNewswire-PRWeb/ -- A full lineup of speakers and presenters has been set for the upcoming Denver Offsite Construction Expo on September 16-17. This virtual event will showcase offsite construction methods, advantages, and example projects to architects, engineers, contractors, and owners/developers who are interested in utilizing the offsite method to build commercial projects.
In addition to digital exhibits from a variety of modular and offsite companies, there will be six case-study presentations at the digital expo.
Two presentations will focus on offsite construction benefits for housing projects. John Beddow and Rhys Kane, from Guerdon Modular and Horizon North respectively, will both explore the topic. John will focus on best practices for owners and developers seeking to bring more housing to the market in light of the affordable housing crisis. Rhys will cover the strategies that help ensure a successful modular housing project.

Two more presentations will cover the topic of designing offsite construction projects. Michael's session will look at the best practices for putting a project together, including finding the right team. Chris Waters from Z Modular will also present a session on the new markets and challenges in the offsite construction industry. His session will focus on the process and technology improvements that Z Modular has embraced to become a leader in the industry.
