Mohr Partners, Inc. the world’s largest wholly-owned commercial real estate advisory firm exclusively focused on representing tenants, has recruited Craig Bull, a 20-plus year industry veteran to lead it's rapidly expanding Project & Development Services Division focused on ground-up fee development and tenant improvement construction of office, Industrial, retail, healthcare and hospitality real estate throughout the United States.

After graduating from the University of Texas at Arlington with a degree in architecture In the early 90's, Bull spent his first five years in project management with CBRE in Dallas, where he oversaw the design and construction of office and Industrial users tenants Improvements. Bull later spent time with Mohr Partners, as a senior project management on some of the firms largest clients’ accounts before he left to further advance his career as a fee-developer and project manager for numerous large-scale projects which included overseeing the design and construction management of the W Hotel in Hollywood, California.
Bull will be based at Mohr Partners global headquarters in Dallas, Texas and work closely with his colleagues and their clients throughout the company's 24 strategically located offices In the US from coast-to-coast.
