Morón will work to ensure clients realize favorable coverage and claims recoveries on all management and professional lines policies, including employment practices, directors and officers, liability, and errors and omissions (E&O) claims for public and private companies and not-for-profit organizations.
As an industry-recognized subject matter expert on employment practices liability claims, Morón will also provide clients with real-time guidance on impactful court decisions and legislation, how they affect their insurance and strategies for responding.
Morón joins NFP from QBE North America where she served as assistant vice president, Claims. Prior to that, she worked as an analyst for AIG, a compliance consultant for BNY Mellon and a judicial law clerk for the Superior Court of the Virgin Islands. In all, she brings more than 18 years of legal and claims management experience to her new role at NFP. She will report to Jonathan Franznick, senior vice president, head of Claims Advocacy, at NFP.
