CHICAGO, Dec. 20, 2022 /PRNewswire-PRWeb/ -- Wallace Miller is thrilled to welcome Molly Condon Wells as the firm's newest partner. Molly was one of five lawyers that left what was then Wexler Wallace to establish Wallace Miller in November of 2021. At Wallace Miller, Molly represents plaintiffs in large-scale complex litigation, including class actions and mass torts. Proudly headquartered in Chicago, Wallace Miller's practice is nationwide. The firm's attorneys are among the very few that have ever actually tried both class action and mass tort case to verdict, including ground-breaking first-of-its-kind litigation.
"Molly has been with the new firm since day one and has proven, time and again, her outstanding abilities as an attorney and an unwavering commitment to our clients. Our clients and our firm are better off because of Molly's hard work and vision for the future," said Wallace Miller partner, Mark Miller.
As an invaluable asset to Wallace Miller, Molly has advocated for victims of harmful medical drugs and devices, toxic exposure, medical negligence, and corporate misconduct. She has actively litigated in several national multidistrict consolidated actions, including the Opioids litigation, Essure litigation, Gilead - Tenofovir litigation, and Paragard litigation.
Molly noted: "I am incredibly proud to be a partner at this firm. The firm's partners have decades of experience in protecting the rights of consumers through complex, high-stakes litigation. As a woman, I bring a unique voice to the partnership. I will continue to be at the forefront of important litigation and stand up for vulnerable populations that have been wronged." Molly's drive and desire are demonstrated by the cases she has spearheaded at Wallace Miller, including a class action discrimination lawsuit which alleges LGBTQ individuals do not have equal access to fertility benefits as well as litigation involving dangerous hair relaxers targeted at minority communities.
Molly currently serves on the Board of Directors for the Women's Bar Association of Illinois. One of the oldest and largest bar associations in the state of Illinois, WBAI was founded to promote the interest and welfare of women lawyers. As a board member and mentor, she organizes events for women lawyers to network, support, and learn from one another. She is also involved with the American Association for Justice and Illinois Trial Lawyer's Association.
